    Dr. Benavides requires 48 hours of clear liquids and 48 hours of creamy liquids and 48 hours of mushies...at least I think that is what the routine is suppossed to be...must mean I forget to follow it sometimes. :-)

    Oh, usually they just say "liquids for rest of the day" after a fill. It might be different after an unfill, but I'm not sure....
