Liquid Multi-Vitamin and Liquid Calcium Citrate

Does anyone have suggestions for a liquid multivitamin and Liquid Calcium Citrate w/ D3 instead of the chewable versions? The chewables just don't seem to agree with me very well.

I never found any that I know of! I do the gummies.

Since you do the gummies, what do you do for iron?

NutriiShop carries Natures Fuel, a powder that you mix with water.

Wellease is sold at Walgreens it is a liquid calcium citrate w/D3 $6.99. Just remember to split the dose into 2 because the body can't handle so much calcium at one time... As far as liquid multi vitamins, I don't have a clue. I'm using the soft gels from nature made. They are huge but really go down easy....hope that helps

Advanced Formula Centrum Liquid.

Sam's club carries a liquid vitamin, called complete nutrition, I use it and i like it.

I use BlueBonnet liquid multivitamin/mineral supplement.

The gummies or chewable vitamins is what I use.

Source of Life liquid multi. It looks nasty but tastes fruity and lots of B Vitamins for energy - love it!

I tried this one. I couldn't get past the smell which was disgusting. I also didn't taste any fruity flavor. It almost made be gag. You were basically drinking algae. I had to toss it down the garbage disposal along with 3 oranges to get rid of the lingering smell.

Don't doctors and nutritionists advise against the gummies? I'm pretty sure my nutritionist did. Any problems with gummies and the band?

I take Calcium and coq10 gummies. It's just like any thing else with the band - chew thoroughly.
