Hello All~~ I need help!! I have been banded a little over 4 months! I got a fill this last Tues and since my feel I have been hungary!! I don't know what to do??? Help me!!

Hello! Is anyone on a low carb but high protein diet??? If so, did you like it? Was it hard?What did you eat? I just would like some info? Thank you!

I have learned in the past 4 month( since I was banded) that I am my biggest critic!!! I have good and bad days.. Today is a bad day I got on the scale and I am at 223 only down 4 pounds in 3 weeks!! I was really trying for 2 pounds a week but, it is not happening! I eat next to nothing everyday! I am eating cottage cheese, protein bar then shake and a light dinner... and losing nothing!! I feel so discouraged!! I don't reget getting my band but, I wish someone would have told me that the weight loss is slowwwwwww! I did however start at 260 and now I am down to 223.. I have 8 cc in my band already wish it was less but who know where life will take me!

I think I am head hungary I dont know how do fix it.... I got a fill yesterday! I am feeling different this time.... I am on tge treadmill 3 times a week... Plus in the month of april I am doing 2 5k walks! Thank you everyone for being supportive!

I am so annoyed!! I am about 3 months post-op and I have a 7 cc in my band. My band is 11 cc... I am only down 30 pounds!!! I am hungary all the time! I don't understand why I am not losing more!! I just want to cry!!

Hello All~ I have been banded for 1 week and 3 days! It has been different! I see people eating food that I want to eat but, I KNOW that I can't have it!!! I have come to enjoy the little things and have learned that life is not about food!!! It is about living!!! I hope everyone has a good week!

Hello all I have been banded since jan 14th and be home and I am so bored! Thank god for this site to read about other people! I love being banded right now but I am well aware of the long road ahead!! I am so excited!! My dr. has me off for 2 weeks and I think that I am going to die of bored!!!

Hello Jen My name is Kristin... I am also 23 and if all goes as planned I will be banded on 01-14-2011... I also have had a weight problem my whole life!! Last Jan. I decide I needed to do something about it!! I am glad to know that there is someone out there that is 23 as well!!! I have alot of question but noone to answer then, and some support but my husband can only give so much!
