Have you eaten anything? Can you eat? It is great that you are not hungry, but you need to get some calories in during the day.

I AM HUNGARY! I JUST WANT TO EAT!

I have days where I am STARVING. I eat protien, it will fill you up more than anything else will and it stays with you longer. Don't know why you are so hungry after a fill, but the band seem to do strange things sometimes.

My doctor says it can take 2 weeks for a fill to "hit", something to do with how the liquid moves within the band. Personally I did not get any restriction until 5 months out. From the day I started on solids I had to measure 3 oz of protein. My doctor prefers that you not "snack" but to grit your teeth and bear it. Can you always do that; probably not. When I got really hungry between meals I would have an oz of plan chicken breast. Pre work out I would also have either a low fat cheese stick or a Premier Ready to drink Protein shake (160 cal, 30 g Protein)

How many cc do you have in your band? My band is in 11cc and I think I have 9cc ... I was hoping to feel more restriction!
