i Have not been here for a while but I finally got the approval I have been waiting for I'm set to get banded on 1/10 great way to start the new year!! I'm a little scared of the pre-op diet but I am hoping this Blog helps me! The approval was a very long process I started all of this in Apr had to do the whole 6months nutrition appointments etc.. For those of you in that part please don't give up hang in there!!

Congrats! I also will be having surgery in Jan.... I agree it is a great way to start the new year!! If you don't mind me askin what is your pre-op diet??? I can't wait for what the future holds!!!

Well mine consist of: Breakfast 1 Protein shake multi Vitamin and a Calcium supplement

lunch Protein Shake and another calcium supplement

dinner 3oz lean protein a non starchy veggie another multi vitamin and a calcium

and try to consume 64oz of Water

We're getting banded the same day! I was just approved recently as well. You should join the January 2011 bandsters thread...we should have LOTS of support. And congrats!
