MyFitnessPal.com Members

Hi Everyone,

I am a fellow lap-bander (banded October '09) and I use MyFitnessPal.com to track my foods, exercise and weight loss goals. It's a great tool. Are any of you members? It is free, if you are interested.

If you are members or become members, what do you think of becoming "buddies" on this site so we can look at what each other eats and excercise, etc. for help and tips?

Reply here or PM me if you're interested. I can give you my email address and you can look it up on Myfitnesspal.com so we can be linked.

Be well,

Renee

Anyone using fitbit and lose it? I'd love some pals on there :)

Brooke what fitbit is the best one to get? I've been wanting one.

I'm have a fitbit and I love it! I started off with the FitBit Force but had to send it back because of the recall. I'm using the FitBit One until they come out with a newer one. I loved the force though and can't wait to see what they replace it with! Would love to have some friends with fitbits ;)

When the come out with replacement I'll get one. I wanted the force because it told time. Lol then it's like a watch.

My nut suggested using my fitness pal and I like the tracking site, but I am unsure of a few things. 1. If my total daily calories is 400, what should the sugar and carbs be? I know the protein is 60, but have never been given a daily amount for the other. I know each food should have 10g or less carbs and 3g or less sugar. Should I multiply that by 3 meals and 2 or 3 snacks?

I am 3 weeks out, our calorie intake should be 400? Im trying to find that out.

I am mamayalley on MFP and fitbit. Add me! I'm only 3 days post op so I'm pretty much only logging water and protein, but I'd love to have fellow sleevers on there;)
