MyFitnessPal.com Members

Hi Everyone,

I am a fellow lap-bander (banded October '09) and I use MyFitnessPal.com to track my foods, exercise and weight loss goals. It's a great tool. Are any of you members? It is free, if you are interested.

If you are members or become members, what do you think of becoming "buddies" on this site so we can look at what each other eats and excercise, etc. for help and tips?

Reply here or PM me if you're interested. I can give you my email address and you can look it up on Myfitnesspal.com so we can be linked.

Be well,

Renee

I use the app on my phone but have realized the sure works a lot better with PC. There are things I can't seem to do on phone app that are options on PC.

Wait. That's on MFP right? I'm wondering how in this site actually. On bariatric pal.

Oh! Lol I thought you were talking about my fitness pal. I don't know how to change my weight on here

I looked and don't think you can on the phone. Do you have a pc?

MFP had absolutely made a difference for me too. I tried it like a year ago, but did not have any friends on it. I did not keep it up. It also helps me a lot to have friends from this site on it, since we have WLS in common. Together we do get better!

I may be on this thread already but I am kenmj11 and now working on transitioning to maintenance. You can look at my 2013 dairies though for ideas on food early on. I track every bite good and bad. It is not always pretty but it's accountability.
