My surgeon and the class mentioned something about becoming lactose intolerent after surgery. Maybe this is the case? Try some lactaid, or even those little pills that help to break down the lactose in the foods you are eating, really what can it hurt to try? Maybe this is the case?

My nutritionist said that rich foods as well as spicy foods are a problem for some people after surgery. Maybe your stomach just can't tolerate those types of foods anymore.

If your generally eating lowfat, introducing rich foods may be bothering your system. In terms of weightloss, it's probably better to stay away from rich foods anyway.
