See, this is what I am talking about this support! Kris150, while reading your post, I got chills. It's amazing to connect to someone in the same boat (and I am aware there are so many of us). My chills were from your very last comment. The guilt trip. The guilt is the worst, and when it is so engrained in your head, and heart....it's hard to let it go. Which brings me to my title. Failure.....I know I am not a failure, but when you are continually picking yourself up after "breaking" your resolve to do something, it gets a little tiring. THAT BEING SAID, I will be a cheerleader for us all...(all of those psych classes in college bring out the counselor in me ) continually picking yourself up from "falling" is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength. It shows that we are not failures, but actually fighters. Fight on my friends, because you have shown me what it is that helped me make my decisions in the first place. Strength!
I now would like to know, what kind of eating plan, many of you follow. I always always always go back to low carb. Which I am following now. I almost exist on dairy ALONE...cheese is a big part of my diet, so no paleo for me. But I DO utilize ALOT of their recipes because they tend to be "low carb". My favorite snack/meal is thick cucumber rounds (about 10) patted dry, with cream cheese (2 tbs) a heavy sprinkle of Greek seasoning by Cavenders and sliced kalamata olives (9) on top.....mmmmmmm, I know what's for Breakfast (126 calories, 6 carbs-1 fiber=5 net, 3 protein)
