  2. Wow I thought this was a place to get support, not to be called a liar about what my doctor did or did not tell me or what I should or should not have done before the surgery. Sorry, I just got a little concerned and needed some support. I will be leaving now. Susan
  3. I am new to site. I am very nervous because I got my lapband back in 2008 and in 2010 I had to move away from my surgeon. I had lost my medical insurance and could not afford to see another lapband specialist. I have insurance now and have an appointment for Thursday. I am so nervous none of the side effects were explained to me when I had the surgery. I was only told it was very non-invasive. Now I find all of these dangers and I am so scared. I do vomit occasionally. Maybe twice a week and don't have much restriction but have not had a fill since moved.
