62 days post op and 20 glorious POUNDS down! =)

I woke up today and have been BEAMING sicen I got off the scale. I am offically 20 lbs down and retired some of my baggy shirts this morning when dressing. They went straight into the donation bag. Looking to be a good Week!

You go girl! I don't know why, but my ecstatic moment wasn't until I hit 30 pounds, which I hit a few days ago. YAY for us! :biggrin:

Well for me 20lbs is A LOT I am only 5'1 and I am now down 4 BMI points =) i think in another week I will be a in a size 16 jeans. Woot!

I'm 5'1" too so I know exactly what you mean for some reason 20 lbs. really shows on our short selves. I'm only down 10 lbs and I can tell alot. I'm now in size 14 pants!!!!! Woot Woot! I can't wait to lose 20 then 30, etc. Congrats!

It's not the number.

It's the realization that you are experiencing. An awakening if you wish. You may have had doubts that you could lose substantial weight and now you know that it is more than a pipe dream.

That excitement is contagious and will spread among those close to you. Keep it up!!!
