Janine,

Have you tried the new chocolate cheerios. I got some but have tried them. Maybe the would help with the chocolate thing. I love chocolate and this time of year its really hard to get away from it.

Good luck. Keep us posted, its so good to here from everyone.

Hi Guys,

I have not tried the chocolate cheerios, maybe I could mix that with the coco krispies for more Fiber. Well, I am a crazy Zumba freak. I dance Monday Wednesday & Saturday. I am starting another one tonight a different instructor.

I just love to dance and especially enjoy the cool down when we do the more sensual dancing. It is almost like India soft belly dancing. I have a neighbor who has twin Far eastern Indian girls that are dancing. They dresses are beautiful I want to ask if I can go, but I am not sure if it is a religious ritual too, I don't want to

offend anyone.

Where is everyone? We should have a forum reunion next month and hopefully everyone will check in.

My inner thighs are really hanging it soooo gross.

I am so tempted to go to Thailand and have a Tummy Tuck and thigh lift, it is pretty cheap there and my hubby has a lot of frequent fliers. But can you imagine being in paradise and strapped to a bed.

Has anyone looked into plastic surgery anything for under 3000?

I just don't have the rashes for documentation.

Great to hear from you, Janine--I think of you often and wonder how you ar doing, how your children are doing, etc. Looks like you are doing well with your new band--so glad!

As far as the skin--I'm not sure there is much we can do about that other than exercise for muscle tone underneath, which doesn't do a thing for the skin. It seems most people who take care of it get plastic surgery. I'm not sure I see that in my future at my age. My biggest problem is my stomach flap. Sometimes I get sores and irritation under it but I can usually take care of it with powder and keeping it really dry. I try to buy clothes that have tummy controls in them and that helps with disguising it but I don't ee any way to eliminate it other than PS. I know if you have documented irritation you can often get insurance to cover the PS (I've read where some people put dish detergent under there to irritate it before seeing their doctor). Anyway, that's all I know about it.

Hope all is well with your family! Karen

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
