  1. A few things to consider- Do you have/are you: Tracking super accurately? Hydrating properly? Vitamins and minerals in order? Snacking regularly? Including sugar? Drinking your calories? Consuming enough fiber? Eating enough protein? Eating beyond capacity? Proper sleep hygiene? Stress management plan? Good Luck ?

  3. I had a long length robe and underwear underneath. It was more than enough. My shoes, slides, were slip resistant so that I could avoid any tripping accidents
  4. Every once in a while I go through the same thing but its usually my body flushing out extra fluid build up It maybe temporary for you but to be safe you *could* add electrolytes to your water, stay within recommended amounts of fluids (64-100oz is usually plenty) and talk to your physicians if you think there may be another medical culprit Good Luck ?

  12. Check for insurance coverage of WLS➡ Primary physician ➡ Get a referral to Bariatric surgeon ➡ Decide if its right for you ➡ Eat at favorite restaurant ➡ Begin required diet/testing ➡ Wonder if you can just do it "naturally"➡ Tell family/friends ➡ Hear horror stories ➡ Eat at your second favorite restaurant ➡ Gain 5lbs & decide it's time to get serious ➡ Complete all prerequisites ➡ Wait for insurance approval & receive it ➡ Schedule surgery ➡ Wonder if you should just do it "naturally" ➡ Decide to do it anyway ➡ Start and finish some form of pre-op diet ➡ Have surgery ➡ *The rest is up to you* Good Luck ?
  13. Cravings often are an entirely different beast from hunger. Your cravings *may or may not* subside once you experience general satiety (no clue exactly when that will happen-but keep hope alive) If they do congrats?, if they do not you will need to work on a plan to fight back (if that is what you want) Good Luck ?
