Vegetable soup & fish "taco" I made the most basic vegetarian soup and pan fried fish to go along with a flax/wheat mix flatbread BF's serving is much more appealing so I featured it plus my own before & after (minus 1 cup of soup)

This one in particular is not pure ACV only. It has a few things to make it more palatable but still... Have you tried any ACV drinks? How did it go?Anyone drinking ACV for better digestion, general health benefits, weightloss, etc? I just tried some and WOW I'm not a fan ?Perhaps my delivery method (straight w/ lemonade chaser) is at fault? Thoughts? Gripes? Solicitations?

Both of your providers have come up with the same-ish advice? Either they review your case together and discuss it (it happens) or they each (separately) see something you do not yet. *Another/different/second opinion may help*Ask your team about there alcohol policy/timeline ❤I actually meant with a psychologist/therapist. If you don't trust the opinion of your current therapist (this is the 2nd post where you disagreed with the treatment plan) seek a 2nd, 3rd or 4th opinion. It's really important that you trust your providers and believe they have your best interest in mind or you may tend towards being non compliant But please don't wait and talk to people who are not medical professionals and can only provide you with anecdotal information ❤Whatever you decide IMHO please take into consideration the *PROFESSIONALS* opinion and course of treatment.
