Help!

So I had RNY a week and a day ago. I just started on the full liquid stage yesterday. I've been telling my husband that I want some kind of creamy soup. Well, the church I go to, if someone has surgery, there is a group or committee that will cook meals and bring to the family. Well today, this nice lady brought over some creamy tortellini soup with sausage. I'm soooo drooling and wanting some (of course just the soup part, strained and all that) but I'm worried about what might have been added. Would there be too much fat added? What kind of milk or cream was added?

I don't know the lady very well to straight up ask her.

Would you have some or should I leave it alone?

@Puffy-no-more Did your doctor say you can have milk? I could not for the first 10 days. I would be worried about the fat. Maybe a small amount and see how you feel?
