  1. I think it was 2 months post-op.
  2. You look awesome! Congrats!
  3. Had my sleeve 7 1/2 months ago, down 143 pounds and 36lbs to go! I very happy with my choice!
  4. I did the same thing... it made the pre-op diet so much easier...
  5. Congrats & Good Luck!
  6. Congrats & Good Luck!
  7. Congrats and Good Luck!
  8. Good Luck to you both!
  9. You are worth it! Many of us have put everyone else in our lives first for so long that we feel so much guilt for actually doing something for ourselves. The truth is you are worth it, your health is worth it, spending quality time with your daughter and husband is worth it!
  10. I agree, I have to take my vitamins later in the day and I get really nauseous if I take them all at the same time... I divide them up and take them like an hour apart.
  11. I tend to stay on the better safe than sorry side of things -- I would go.
  12. Colder is definitely better. I would put a bunch of ice cubes, Protein powder and skim plus in the blender.. kind of like a thick shake. It tastes better and was thicker and more filling. Good Luck!
  13. How about cutting everything into small pieces (no bigger than a dice)... try giving it a try, my NUT suggested it and it definitely helped me to slow down.
  14. I'm almost 8 months out and it mine still rumbles and gurgles...just not as much as when I was first post-op.
  15. Try to take a few deep breaths and Good Luck!
  16. I actually have zero negativity or hate I have lost 143 pounds and living a happy healthy life. It was not me that was complaining.... I truly hope that you realize that taking daily Vitamins is a small price to pay for good health. Good Luck with your journey!
  17. Holy moly Fiddleman, what a transformation! Congrats you look great!
  18. I think I took them for 2 or 3 days tops, I just hate the way pain meds make you feel and of course I really hate how they stop all bathroom activity!!
  19. Great photo~ you look truly happy!
