  1. I waited 7 months, I had 2 sips of wine on Mother's Day and felt woozy -- I haven't had a drink since.
  2. How about mixing your Protein shake with skim milk plus(added protein) and add a few ice cubes and put in the blender. It's much more filling. Good Luck you can do this!
  3. I use to love tea before surgery -- now it's like I've lost my taste for it.
  4. I like Pure Protein bars you can get them in Target, Walmart, most supermarkets and even in 7-11.

  6. I think you can get them online and maybe in GNC... I haven't tried them, but would like to.
  7. Good Luck! The first 3 days are the hardest, after that you'll be fine... Remember...you can do this!
  8. Honestly, It took well over 100+lbs before people started saying anything to me. Some were almost apologetic when they asked if I had lost weight. It takes time, for people to notice...
  9. Are you bored? I notice if I'm not busy, head hunger and being bored are a bad combo.
  10. Yep, I've noticed that the week before, is the week when I need snacks!
  11. Head hunger is crazy! Buy some Protein Bars and keep one in your bag, I like Pure Protein - chocolate deluxe. 180 cals and 20 grams of protein, they are good and extremely satisfying. Good Luck!
