I'm more focused on protein than calories, but at 10 months out I average 900-1000 calories daily.

I had my surgery on Wednesday and was back at my desk the following Wednesday! Good Luck!

Good Luck... the pre-op diet headache starts to go away in about 3 days...

I was fine until a few days before my surgery... I kept thinking what am I doing? I was in a panic about my kids...What will happen to them? Well everything turned out fine... I am 10 months out and down 160lbs. Good Luck!

Before the sleeve, everything gave me reflux even Rolaids! After having the sleeve my reflux is gone! Why not consult another surgeon?

Congrats! I actually have 19 lbs to go and was thinking the same thing this morning.. not sure how I will feel when I do finally get goal, I feel like I've been battling weight for so long, I will truly be feeling confused, kind of like "OK now what?"
