  2. Down 62 pounds!!!!!!! I hardly eat though and my blood work showed I need more protein! I'm working in it I'm just NEVER hungry! I've also been doing some intense kettle bell training and I love it!! On a side note my 14 year old daughter just told me I took the easy way out!! Hmm really? It doesn't feel very easy! I'm very happy though! Ugh teenagers!

  7. I cried the whole first week!!! "Why did I do this"? It was pretty awful!! It really makes you realize what a grip food has on you!! I was 4 weeks post op yesterday and started solid foods!! Please believe when we tell you it WILL get better!! I feel great now! Going to start working out again tomorrow!! Are you having reflux issues? I felt so sick every time I took a bite or sip, but once they switched my meds to protonix I felt 100% better! BTW I am a Nail Tech! I went back to work after 2 weeks! Cried the whole way home my first day which was 11 hours, didn't do pedis the first week back, but now I am back full swing!! It will get better! Let me know if you ever need to chat!

  10. Oops I meant as FAR as nutritional value goes! Maybe that's a sign! Haha
  11. I have one that's organic and good on all counts as fat as nutritional value! I just started eating solid food yesterday so I will wait awhile, but I just love Greek yogurt with granola! Things with the real food are going great! Just had some hummus with a few whole wheat crackers and it was heaven! So nice to chew again!!
  12. I was 4 weeks out on Tuesday!! Anyone try granola at this point!

  14. I'm starting my 5th week as well! I started regular food today and it was amazing!! First time I chewed in 6 weeks. I had salmon and some sweet potato! I had more salmon for dinner with some low fat ricotta! I also had some fruit that was in fruit juice! Everything went down great and I feel wonderful! It's so nice to eat again, and it feel good to just eat 3-4oz and be done! Hmmmm what to eat tomorrow!! Haha

  16. Not feeling so hot today because of my sinuses! I start on regular food tomorrow. I just made some Ramaan and took some noodles. I'm hoping since they are super mushy it won't be a problem! Has anyone tried them?
  17. Yes I've been working out for a long time! I just think I need to kick it up a notch to tone! I was thinking about kettle bells!!!
