as the others said, if there is any doubts/concerns, instead of posting on here, call the dr and refer to them and let them advise. ((you must stay hyrdated))- Oh My Stars, I Can't Eat Anything!!!
you are def showing signs of being too tight if you cant eat, that is not good i would suggest going and getting a slight unfill- The Horrible Scale
what a great day.....lordy if i ever get into 18s again, i may just pass out i am so proud and happy for you def go by what the inches say........not the metal monster i promise you will see the true results that way all the best my dear friend. much much love- What?why?how?
suggestion from me.........as my hub and jeanie and other friends on here tell me as i start to spazz.....chill out...you know by now how the scale can go up and down all day long......who the heck knows why.....maybe an invisible ghost was on it.......i dont know have you lost inches? have you went down in sizes in clothes? and i know from your posts that you are doing fantastic in foods etc....so its not weight. dont fall into that diet mentality. get rid of it now. or your grounded missy. hang in there. i need you to be strong not only for yourself, but for me- Today
so how was the birthday? what did you end up eating? please tell me you had a piece of cake or something?? so what exactly is stage 5? (i cant think thin as i will never be that, but i will be healthier)...- Yesterdays Weight....
loved your post. if you are losing (inches via clothes smaller and you are feeling better) who cares what the scale says? and if you are losing, that is what matters. hang in there. you are doing so fantastic- It Has Been 3 Months Since I Last Posted...
congrats on the engagement. He is a lucky guy- Food Scale
i got a red one from walmart (bout the size of a cd) i measure my foods for my small containers (and my dinners at home). works for me. cost about 10 i think. congrats on the jeans sexy thang- 1St Time Being Sick Since Banded
do you still have some of those anti nausea meds they gave you from the hospital? i have some with me at all times. it also scares me too. (even though the band is sewed in) i still know its not a good thing for us to be sick. i am sure it will happen, but if we are violently so, we need to let the dr know just in case. i too have a sore throat and its dark and gloomy here in raleigh also. the rain is def making my left knee go (ouch). if you are concerned, give your dr a jingle and ask what they think or recommend you do. smooches to you- What I Think Are Keys To A Successful Journey. Just My Opinion And So Far It Works For Me

"I have read that 11 percent of lap band surgeries result in death..." have not heard that before so i cant say if its true or not. i feel the band is very safe but all surgeries and not just WLS have risks. have you read up on this surgery or attended a seminar yet? here is some great info: http://www.lapband.us/- Days 7 & 8
love your posts and positive attitude thanks for telling the newbies and prebies not to cheat. all the best- Keep Fussing And I Will Keep Posting!!! Love Ya!!!
can i have the red ones?? (id take the pinks but maddys takes them from me) her mean self.........- Please Make No Mistake!!!
i am not a (religious person). but shr, i read your posts because they are ((awesome)) and positive. Sometimes when i have a bad day or negative thoughts, i read your posts. to me, if you dont wanna read something dont. and certainly dont post on that thread. just my opinion, your posts are great. keep going. i look forward to them every day.- Feeling Down. Bandster Hell?
as sojo and dawn said, portion control is key. just because (you are able to eat more) does not mean you should. the band is a only a plastic band around your stomach. it will not stop you from getting hungry (just make you eat less). you have to change what/how much you eat to lose weight. but to be a real success, you need to change that diet mental thinking. i do not have any fill yet, but i eat as if i do. i make myself stop eating at a cup of food. (even though i am sure i can/could eat more). it will get better. just hang in there. all the best to you.- Normal?
just part of the process with having (surgery) and being on a liquid diet (and being hungry). i never did what you described but have read on this forum about people who have.- Going To My First Appointment.
i would tell them how you are feeling (honestly) ask any questions that you have concerns about (eating/bathroom habits/shoulder pain etc) that is what they are there for. just relax. you are doing just fine. let us know how it goes when you get back - Vomiting!!
