The Horrible Scale

The scale has not moved down in about one week. I am pissed. I am now on Stage 5 for life so maybe my body is adjusting to food. I took my measurements one month ago and again today. I have lost inches so that makes me feel good. I finally fit into my misses size jeans, 18!!!!!! I haven't seen that size in over 10 years.

Enjoy your Columbus Day weekend everyone.

Do not become a slave to your scale. I sat at the same weight for 7 months, but dropped inches and several sizes. I do weigh myself but it is more as just a double check to make sure I am not gaining anything. I have even had a weight gain during this process and still dropped inches. I do understand how frustrating it is not to see those numbers drop but if you become a slave to the scale it will only frustrate you more. A size 18 is awesome!

Congratulations on the weight loss.Sometimes those scales are our worst enemy.

I have been known to be the ole slave to the scale as well.

I am new here and been reading various posts.

Looking forward to seeing your continued progress. :)

I tend to stay away from the scale. I weigh in once a month and that's it, as long as I notice a change I'm good. The scale will not move sometimes but we can tell inches lost by the way our clothing fits. Congrats so far, good luck on your continued journey.

I've been at a stand-still for about 7 weeks. It can take a huge toll on you mentally. I've had to take a step back and be proud of my progress, or else I would have lost my mind by now. Just know you're body is changing and adjusting. You'll get there.
