  3. I tend to stay away from the scale. I weigh in once a month and that's it, as long as I notice a change I'm good. The scale will not move sometimes but we can tell inches lost by the way our clothing fits. Congrats so far, good luck on your continued journey.
  4. You are too tight, get an unfill. You can slip its not worth it. Seek medical attention immediately. Good luck.
  5. I weigh in only at my monthly checkup, I'm less stressed this way since I hate scales. Goodluck.
  6. Cut your calories to 800-1200 calories a day and workout regularly. No sodas, junk food, high carb, calories or fat foods. Until then you will not lose weight because u are eating like an unbanded person. The band is a tool, not a miracle, use it too ur advantage. Protein is always first, it keeps u full longer. Goodluck.
  7. Big Congrats i hope i have the same success. Keep up the good work very inspiring story thanks for sharing.
  8. No have not been told that before but yes i have been getting bills from all over the place. This surgery actually cost more than what i was told. I have received bills for physician again paid $276 before surgery got a bill now owe almost $400 more. Anesthesia $414, Radiology to check band placement $28.40 hospital stay total $ 200 paid, and $700 to true results, sleep study $113, pcp stress test $600 and thats so far and I have UHC. I am losing weight just wish i was honestly told what this would have cost upfront. Goodluck.
  9. I can have soda, I choose not too.
  10. The first 6 weeks I stayed away from the scale your body is changing. I now weigh once a week unless i notice a significant difference in appearance, then I weigh to just see. You are doing great keep it up.
  11. Sorry you have had all of this distress but when thinking about the sleeve all I can say is if you do develop problems its not reversible. Thats what steered me away from that surgery but the decision is yours its your body. I have not experienced none of the problems you are having but wish you luck on your decision.
  12. I waited 4 weeks, was afraid to damage something.
  13. Goodluck and see u on the otherside.
