  3. Once you are fully healed all exercises are OK.
  4. Sorry you had such a bad experience. I would definitely ask to see the doctor next time.

  6. Be careful with the cheats... it is easy to make them a permanent part of your routine. I agree that the brain takes a while to catch on to the plan, but it will get there. Good luck as you progress on your journey!
  7. By now, most of your meals should be solid food, not shakes. If you eat the solid food meals and add shakes that can add up to too many calories. Measure you portions. or weigh. You may actually be eating too much, or in that so called Bander's Hell where you do not have sufficient retriction. Chat with your nutritionist after logging all foods for a couple of days. You can do it. Keep the faith!
  8. Good advice. Use your food scales and measure what's left.
  9. See your doctor's psychologist and nutritionist, cause you need help. Unless you change your eating style you will not lose, even with the band.
  10. And WANT it more than you ever wanted anything in your life. Head hunger sucks, but it is important to hang in there. If you start slipping now, it will be a long and unhappy journey ahead.
  11. Welcome to the forum. How may we assist you today? Sorry... Just feeling silly. When was the last time your surgeon checked out your band. It would probably be a good idea to start there.
  12. Best Wishes, I hope you get it resolved quickly.
  13. You need to count all of your calories. Including protein. You should get 50+ grams of protein daily.
  14. You need to transition to getting more and more of your protein from regular food. Eggs, tender meats, etc. I don't think you want to live forever on Muscle Milk!
  15. Likewise, I will never look back! Good luck on your journey!
  16. Keep to the plan, and it will happen!
  17. So sad... I know you feel badly, but don't take it all non yourself.
  18. Chew, chew chew. And now you know!
  19. Hang in there. We all have a food addiction of some sort. Try to keep busy, take up a new hobby, go for walks. Hugs!!!
  20. Try to get a protein shake in there. Your body needs the fuel! Hope you feel better soon!
