Try to find (if you haven't already) healthy alternatives of the foods you enjoyed before may help too. I found a low cal/low fat lasagna, healthy pasta recipes, baked chicken instead of fried, etc...

Total=8.5 in a 14cc band.
Still having head hunger
, but trying to do my best not to mess this up for me. I realized that for me this is an addiction* I've gone to see a psychologist. Hoping that this tool will help me. So far 44 lbs gone. It has taken a while. I was band 6/19.
