Lets be truthful, I know I have over eaten.... I'm not proud at all and know it's totally wrong!!!! I know that some of us have a harder time than others... I feel bad saying this, but I feel that I have very little will. I have a co worker that has lost about the amount I have. But I was band 6 months before her and i get mad at myself. I think for me my mind is full of it! I over think, and compare myself and I know I shouldn't! Everyone is different. It may take someone a couple of months, but for me I think it will take a couple of years.... sad but I won't give up. Only time will tell.

Having the same problem, it has been so hard for me. This has been one of the hardest things in my life. I also don't regret it.

Go to get another fill. Have a 14 CC band with 9cc's in so far. Don't know if I will get a fill.... we will see. Wish me luck. I will let you know weight results! Hope it's good!

Great question. I get it! I live in Alabama and lately the climate has been messing with my band. Sometimes I can't eat anything at all until after 11 or 12 a.m.. Then all of a sudden I can eat way too much! What is the deal! I feel like I could go insane! I think I still need a fill. I am at 9 cc in my 14 cc band. I still have to work on and figure out this new life... I just am very thankful for this wonderful site. I wouldn't know what to do with out all you wonderful people/family. love you all.

1. 4cc's 2. 2.5cc's 3. 1.5cc's 4. .5 Total=8.5 in a 14cc band. Still having head hunger , but trying to do my best not to mess this up for me. I realized that for me this is an addiction* I've gone to see a psychologist. Hoping that this tool will help me. So far 44 lbs gone. It has taken a while. I was band 6/19.

I'm still trying to figure things out, but feel better than I have been for a while. Just get nostalgic every now and then.

The thing that I hate most about gaining weight was my face. I don't know if you can relate but looking in the mirror at my face I didn't see myself. I mean who was this girl? She was a total stranger! Why was she trying to take over! I am going to get rid of her! I'm going to win no matter what!

When I got home today from the store, as I was getting in my house my pants fill of me! Lol I think they are way too big? So happy since back in June they were so tight I couldn't breath.

Yes it is! I put on a pair of jeans that keep falling off! Stomach keeps making so much noise is embarrassing. Hopefully it will stop soon . Or does it keep going on forever.

First, Happy new year! I hope that in 2013 I can lose at least 5lbs a month. Seem reasonable right? maybe go down a size every month. Drink more water and make healthier choices in food.

Why do I have trouble eat good food and get stuck even if I chew like a crazy fool, yet stuff like junk food are still easy to eat! I guess it's another one of those mysteries life gives us.... or is it? what is it??? Help. All this holiday celebration and days off work are messing me up. Scale is creeping up! :"(
