whyyy?

Why do I have trouble eat good food and get stuck even if I chew like a crazy fool, yet stuff like junk food are still easy to eat! I guess it's another one of those mysteries life gives us.... or is it? what is it??? Help. All this holiday celebration and days off work are messing me up. Scale is creeping up! :"(

Take your protein shakes at breakfast amd Lunch. Then eat protein first for dinner, then coast the rest of the way.

I only used Protein shakes the first two weeks after surgery... never really liked the taste of them... my doctor said it was better for my metabolism to eat solid protein.

I make sure I eat my protein first and take tiny bites the size of my finger nail and I make sure i finish what I have in my mouth before I take my second or third bite.

Try taking smaller bites... hang in there.

I do not use protein shakes as well. I take very small bites maybe the size of two peas, put the fork down until its down and I know it's not stuck. When everything is getting stuck its more likely you are eating too big of a piece or too fast.

Completely agree... slow down!

Take teeeency bites

I know it's tough but try your best to just concentrate on chewing. This is hard in the begining because were not used to it, but it gets easier over time

Btw, how often do you get stuck? A few times a day? a few times a week?

Happy New Year!
