Exercise

I forgot to ask my surgeon about the types of excerise I can do. Was wondering if you do abdominal exercises will your port move or are all exercises fine once you've healed?

Haha yeah well even if he said I could I don't think I'd like to get punched in the stomach lol

Once you are fully healed all exercises are OK.
