  5. Welcome back.. Like you say. You know do it again... just sorry you have to! You have had a long journey, but stick with it and you will get yourself back again!
  6. When in doubt check with your doctor.
  7. Just be brutally honest with both of them. They cannot develop a plan that will work for you if they don't know who you really are. Tell them what you think and do, not what you think they want to hear. This is a very important part of the program.
  8. And you will begin to lose weight if all goes as planned and you follow your nutritionists guidelines. Welcome!
  9. Band removal scars should look just like the ones for it going in. I would make a final decision on the band before any cosmetic surgery.
  10. Welcome... you find that somebody here has tried just about everything, including some stuff you may want to skip! LOL. Happy to have you, join in whenever you can or need advice. Advice here is cheap and worth what you paid for it!
  11. Wow! Dee rules!!! I am so happy for you!
  12. I eat more food if I am able to constantly drink behind every bite. I think for me it it the continued chewing sensation that satisfies me and drinking in the middle just restarts my time. I am sure that research will continue so my advise is follow your doctor's protocol. In the end all we want is to be successful!
  13. Never go anywhere without your trusty water bottle!
  14. Never rude, always honest!
  15. Great post Cheryl!
  16. I agree with the post above.
  17. Celebrex is an NSAID and my doctor advised me to take no NSAIDs. I would strongly urge you to check with your LB surgeon before taking them.
  18. Squeeked it in with 100.32!
  19. Congratulations on being banded. There is a recipe forum here where you can find ideas. It won't hurt your daughter and hubs to eat healthy. Have you started exercise yet. Walk whenever you can. Do what you can... every little bit helps!
  20. So sorry for your troubles. Wishing you a speedy recovery!
  21. Pretty normal for this stage. But don't fear it! Want it more than anything you ever wanted before! You can do it if you WANT it!
  22. I can eat pizza, but have to be very careful with anything other than thin crust. Only 1 piece is all I have the patience to chew!
