First stuck episode today!

Well that was no fun! 5 weeks post op and no fill yet. Was in Sunday school and was eating a sausage link. Ate too fast/didn't chew good enough. Chest pain then felt it needed to come up. Went to bathroom and puked it up. Not my usual violent vomiting though thank goodness. Followed by some burping. After that felt much better! Scary but lesson learned!

I would recommend liquids to 24 hours. Eating solids may irritated your pouch.

lol think we all learned that the hard way and you will need to re-learn it as time goes on...we are with you.

Chew, chew chew. And now you know!

Also goes to show that even without a fill things are different now! Glad you feel better.
