Day three preop really hard

I keep dreaming of eating rice for some reason. My body is being mean telling me I can't do it. I'm so hungry. The first few days were easy.

there is a saying i believe....if you think you can't, your right

so tel yourself (whether you believe it or not) that YOU CAN

And WANT it more than you ever wanted anything in your life. Head hunger sucks, but it is important to hang in there. If you start slipping now, it will be a long and unhappy journey ahead.

I went through the same thing.i found day 3 the hardest. But you can do it and will do it....it gets easier!

I had soooo many dreams during pre op diet about eating. I would dream I ate banana bread and realized after I ate it that I wasn't suppose to! Funny what we think of when we dream.

Good luck!

Yes...the first 3 days were pretty brutal for me too. It is getting easier. With each passing day on liquid..it gives me more confidence and resolve that I CAN do it. I just keep telling myself this is a small step in the process....it's not forever. One more day....one more day. Let's not think too far ahead. :)
