    Feeling sooooooooo good

I am so happy I did this; I haven’t felt this good and a very long time. I had my surgic done on December 27 2016 and as of today March 30, 2017 I have lost a total of 50 pounds. I thought before I would have trouble eating right, but believe me when I tell you the evil food that I use to love it’s not a problem don’t even want it like fry chicken, bread, and lots of sweets after all food is only a mind thing.

I signed up for Beachbody on demand all access and it is all of their programs for $99.95 a year. I love their workouts because of the variety since I get bored easily. They also sell individual programs for various prices as well. I also like Jillian Michaels... her programs are too hard for me right now at my size but when I was smaller I did them and loved the workout I got.

    Post-Op rash??

If it is only on your abdomen, it could be a reaction to the antiseptic they painted on.

how to eat after 9 months

Hi ALL:) I am 9 months out and have lost 99 lbs!!! My question is I have hit a stall at 177 lbs. (down from 275). I'm looking at what I'm eating and wondering if I may be eating too many carbs. For example, I do eat a couple handfuls of pretzels like every other day, and sometimes a piece of toast. Mainly though my diet consists of veggies and fruit, string cheese, and deli slices, greek yogurt, light Soups. Any ideas? Have a great day!!!

Thanks so much for your input, everybody. Diana, I used to smoke so your analogy really resonated with me. I've decided to do what I did then - get a bit angry! When I smoked, I felt that cigarettes had control over me and having control over my life is a HUGE thing for me, so deciding to take control away from the cigarette addiction and put it back in my hands was what really helped me quit. Next month will be 5 years, I quit "cold turkey" and never looked back, no nicotine replacement or anything. So, fast forward 5 years and I'm going to do this again. Also, stopping and reflecting 'why do I want this food?'. What purpose is it supposed to serve? Will it move me towards my goals or away from them? Thanks again for your support, ladies. I really appreciate you all.
