  2. Always been like this. Never been constipated. Kind of wish I had that problem, lol
  3. Been almost 18 months since my surgery. I eat and within 5 minutes lookout, I need the bathroom. Is anyone else like this?
  4. They say beef is the most difficult to digest, try ground turkey. Makes for a good taco.
  5. I don't feel it's anyone's business how you lost the weight. This is a tool, that's all. What you do with it is up to you. I told one person, and got the, "oh the easy way" I immediately said, yes, the first 35 lbs, then 6 days a week of weight lifting and cardio traing for the other 145 lbs so easy, no.
  6. It took a very, I mean a very long time before I could tolerate eggs. Sent from my Pixel XL using BariatricPal mobile app
  7. I still look in the mirror (down 170 lbs) and think who the hell is that skinny b***h? I panic over food. I don't crave anything anymore, though. I still wonder if I'll break a chair if I sit in it. It a very bizarre feeling to be thin after all this time.

  10. Thank you Probably have felt like this for 4-5 months. I have constant gas? always feel like I have to go to the bathroom.
  11. Make sure you are with someone you trust. Apparently when that part of our stomach was removed the enzyme that digests half the alcohol went into the garbage with our stomachs. Normal stomachs "digest" half, we get the full %. As my nutrionist said, you are a cheap date now, one drink, and you'll be sloshing around. Sent from my Pixel XL using BariatricPal mobile app
  12. It took weightlifting for me to really lose the weight. Had my surgery 3/17, weighed 312, started exercising six weeks later. Zumba, religiously, by Aug had lost 40 something pounds. Started a weightlifting class with an intense large muscle workout, by December I had lost 160 lbs!!! Planks, and squats are your best friends! Sent from my Pixel XL using BariatricPal mobile app
  13. I am 15 months post of. Whenever I eat, doesn't matter what, my stomach gets bubbly, and just kind of upset. Normal, or time for another visit? Sent from my Pixel XL using BariatricPal mobile app
  14. Be SUPER careful! You will get drunk at the drop of a hat!!! No joke! It doesn't even take one gin and tonic and I'm completely toasted. Sent from my Pixel XL using BariatricPal mobile app

  17. You look amazing, I, like you, don't see a change in myself. I see the fatty. Doesn't matter that clothing size has changed, I'm fat, I'm the fat sister, daughter, wife, mom. Sent from my Pixel XL using BariatricPal mobile app
  18. September 15 was my 6 month mark. Down 114 lbs. I exercise 5-6 times a week. The loose skin freaks me out, trying hard to avoid it. The boobs are a lost cause, the rest, not bad. Water is tough, smallish sips, frequently. Sent from my Pixel XL using BariatricPal mobile app
  19. I am 6 months out and have just started experiencing this constantly as well! I hate eating, I no longer want to exercise. I'm not enjoying this! Sent from my Pixel XL using BariatricPal mobile app
