It took about 2 days once it was in their systems, however my Drs. office sent it certified returned receipt and they actually received it 2 weeks prior to that. The only required a letter of "medical neccesity" from the Drs. office. I kept calling Humana but they will NOT tell you anything over the phone. It wasn't until I received a letter in the mail, my Drs. office received one as well. Humana Rocks!!!
