Hopefully nothing. I suggest to watch a video of how raw and swollen your stomach is. Then think about taking a nugget and rubbing it on an already inflamed, swollen and raw sleeve.

You chose to have this surgery, but it is worthless if you dont have to stick to your plan. Its a tool, not a miracle or magic wand.

Reevaluate, regroup and move forward to not eat like that for a very very long time.. Otherwise you will hurt yourself.

You can't do anything about it now, so I would suggest asking yourself why you did that to begin with and move forward.

You are going to have to work on re-establishing your relationship with food if this intervention is ever going to be successful long-term.

Thank you. I cried for 30 minutes of disappoint in myself. Way I feel needless say I will not cheat again. Now scared of a leak or something bad happening. My family was eatinh checkers after sons football game and just had to have a taste

There's a difference between "Oooopsie ate a cookie!" and causing possible harm to yourself after a major surgery where they cut out most of an organ.
