I've had a lot of people ask me for pics of my scars from my extended Tummy Tuck. I finally got around to having my husband take some at the same time he was taking my "after" pictures for my one year WLS surgiversary. So here you go... sorry for having some pubic area showing in the front shot and some butt crack showing in the back shot... my incision is VERY low and there was no way to avoid it. But if it's a violation of any forum rules, mods, please feel free to delete it! The last pic is just to show that my incision is so low that bikini-cut underwear easily hide it.

Wow, you healed fabulously! You look amazing. I know it was not an easy procedure, but it look like it was well worth the outcome.

Well, I'm 4 years post-plastics, so I've had lots of time to heal and for my scars to fade. Definitely well worth all the pain and suffering now, since it's all such a distant memory!

@@JamieLogical Thank you so much for sharing! You look amazing! It's really cool how sometimes I'll click on a post here and it will answer the worry I'm having that moment. I'm pre-op and while my primary reason for losing weight is to be healthy, I've also been worrying a bit about loose skin. I've been thinking it might be disappointing if I go through all this work, but what I've done to my body by being obese isn't reversible. It's nice to see someone who had such a great outcome! Maybe that can be me one day.

Your surgeon did an amazing job and you look fabulous! May I ask who did your TT? I'm far away from that point yet but just gathering info for two years from now when I hope to go the next step. Thanks for sharing your pics! Your stomach is rockin' girl!

All I want for Christmas is for my TT scar to look as good as yours!

Realistically, I'm only 5+ months out.

The silicone scar strips don't seem to be doing a noticeable job... The sides are fading but The center not as much

You look great. Thanks for showing!

terrific results. I often wonder how I'd look with a flat stomach. as much as I want one, I don't want to go through the pain and suffering to get there. one day....maybe..

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
