I go for my 3 month check up tomorrow and review my blood work. I notice lately that I have been stressed to the max. Can your Bariatric doctor prescribe any muscle relaxer or nerve pill? Please dont judge , just simply figuring out if I should just go to regular physician or since I go tomorrow to just ask the Bariatric doctor. I'm embarrassed to even ask for some help but I need to. Thank you.

It's doubtful that they will if you aren't having pain related to the surgical procedure

Mine does not they couldn't even keep giving me stuff for nausea I had to go to my Regular doctor so u can talk to them and probably they will recommend to see ur doctor about it

As the others stated, it will be your regular Doctor. Just as a side note, have you thought of other things to help you relax rather than medication. Resilience training, yoga, mindful meditation, cognitive behaviour therapy? Is the stress general or specific? Would therapy help?
