Was introduced to wow butter last week. I feel like I can live again. Although it has a really roasted nut taste to it..I am so enjoying it for Breakfast. I can now have a choice of Raisin Bran, Wow Butter toast, Wild Roots, organic Granola or another newbie for me Wild Roots, organic Multi-Grain Cereal. And of course yogurt or all the other things..But the choices are starting to expand..And I love it!!!!!!

Brings a smile to my face every day now!!!!!!!!!!!!! yes!

Are you allergic to peanuts? It has the same calories as Peanut Butter and the nutrition is very similar. I like the Kellogs Special K Protein cereal too for breakfast too. Sometimes, I make a yogurt parfait with greek yogurt, berries, and the Special K cereal on top.

Yes I am..not all nuts just peanuts.....This has been the find of a lifetime for me..I love me a good Peanut Butter toast LOL And have watched while others have enjoyed it without me. Now I can assume the same position and enjoy along with my hubby who adores peanut butter...Nah I'm messing with you..I am allergic true. but it helps that I have another choice on my side for good eating! :)

RJ, glad you found it! It sounds perfect for those with allergies. I like a couple of Peanut Butter smeared graham crackers before bed.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
