i take vitacraves-gummie for adults once a day

calcium-viactiv caramel 3x a day

im not a pill person anymore

my doctor told me to take Flintstones

and Tums for calcium so i have been doing the Flintstones, I hate Tums, i just make sure i drink or eat calcium .

My nutritionist told me I would never be able to take pills again. Which I was pretty surprised about. Never even thought about that. But she suggested the Flinstones chewables and Viactive for calcium.
