I felt you calling me to come out of the dark and into the light. I will be banded Oct 17. I'm an OR nurse in Boston and I can't believe my day is coming soon. I feel like I'm getting ready to turn into a pumpkin or something! I'm calm right now but I feel like I'm about to change and I don't know what that will be like. Thanks for calling me out to play!

I have to do Optifast for 14 days - it's killing me, but I've lost nearly 8 pounds in 5 days!

YIKES you guys. My pre-op is on the 5th and so far I was told nothing. I am trying to control my eating though. I think I have lost 4 pounds. October is here and our surgeries are right around the corner ladies. Wishing everyone an easy surgery with a quick recovery.
