Sorry, I gave the wrong surgery date it is May 14th not the 15th. Guess I was just excited.:crying:

Northsidegirl, I'm in Atlanta, same age, same surgery date!! I start my pre-op diet on April 30th. I'm getting nervous and excited at the same time. Good luck!

Hi I'm not really new here I've read the forums for the last 6 months but I lost my first username so anyway here goes.....

I have a date!!! May 13th! I AM SO PUMPED!!!

I'm so glad there is a group of us! This is such an amazing thing we are all going through - I know I can use all the support I can find. My sister had lap band surgery in Nov. of 07 and she has done very well and Is very happy for me. She's lost 110 lbs. and looks amazing.

I'm excited to do this with all of you.
