Friday Weigh Ins

Recommended Posts

:) No change for me I guess the bright side is no gain for me. :tt1:

I hope I lose something before my fill on Tuesday. I think I need to start looking into slider foods to make sure that I'm not consuming those.

I weighed in at 236.6. That is 2 pounds this week I believe. I have been keeping track of it from 'since surgery' . I am going to start the weeking tracking thing too. It has been 12 since surgery, 10 the first week and 2 this.

Congrats to all of you on your loss! For those of us that haven't lost this week or gained- hang in there!

As for me- I went down to 193.5 and now am back at 194.5 (at surgery 204) started mushies/more solid food and have gained 1lb and an inch back in my waist=(. I have been working out religiously and am writing down what I eat... I at about 1200 calories and am going to try to go down to 1000 to see if that will at least help me maintain.

That is 2 1/2 weeks now the scale has hardley moved.

I have had a bit of a NSV, was a size 28 jeans,I went to Walmart and bought 2 pairs of jeans one a size 26 and the other size 24. The Size 26 fit good but a bit big in

the waist, The size 24's fit and I can zip them without lying on the bed but just a bit to tight in the waist.

Quess that means I am a size 25 *G*.

Ooh, I'm gonna start weighing in with you guys here. I'm 287 today. Was 313.4 before the pre-op diet (which I started 4/20) for a total of 26.4 lbs. I think it's 6 pounds for the week but I can't remember for sure what my exact number was last Fri.

I think starting mushies and getting back to the gym helped me out. My metabolism needed a boost. I fear my body was going into starvation mode.

227 today. I am very excited. I am 11 lbs heavier than I was last year- I gained quite a bit over the past year and at my boy's 1st b-day I weight 216 (the same amount I weighed 6 weeks after giving birth). I then gained 34 lbs during their second year- very stressful and had a couple months on wellbutrin. SO I am so looking forward to 216 and then my second goal will be 193 which is the weight I was when I got pregnant. Third goal will be 163 which is what I weighed when I went on a cruise with family and friends and really liked the way I looked in pictures. Ultimate goal is sitting pretty at 150!!!!!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
