Thought I'd start a new thread so we can come here and discuss trip details.

I think the money is due two weeks before we arrive, so I'll need it a week or two before then....so let's say it's due to me by Memorial Day.

I don't have a final number because now we're waiting on Jenn to decide whether or not she can come.

Okay, I'm official now. I just bought my ticket. Terry, flight numbers and times changed so I updated the spreadsheet.

We are trying to figure out if we still need to rent one more car. Jane, did you decide to drive? If so, how many people fit in your car? Jenn had said that she was gonna rent a car but now we don't know if Jenn is coming?

You probably won't get an answer out of Jenn - she's got an interview this week and is waiting to see how that is going to turn out. We'll probably get her answer next week or so.

I finally made up my mind. I am driving. So I will be in mid morning Alabama. So count my car for three passengers. So my car, Lauras' car, and didn't somebody else rent a car? is enough I think?

so i went ahead and booked the car. i didnt want to risk it. i booked it on priceline so i paid for it upfront. came out to 25 bucks a day for a standard sized car from alamo at the airport. not bad at all!
