I know I'm in a crotchety mood this week, but all these arrangements are making my head spin!

Honestly, I don't care about the food... whoever wants to cook whenever is fine w/me... abut I am leaning more toward the EATING OUT option, because then we can each get exactly what we can & want to eat, + can share + won't have a 'frig full of leftovers at the end of the trip. So I hereby resign from food coordinator... it's a free for all... if someone wants to cook for everyone, great... if not, fine too, something tells me we won't starve!!

I am ALWAYS for eating out! Laura... you guys have restaurants in Alabama, right??:tt2:

I think if we each do our own thing for Breakfast and lunch and eat out for dinner, I'll be a happy camper.

hah hah honestly don't know in guntersville, i tried to google and that restaurant is all i found (plus all the fast food places). I pass thru on our way to band doc, and it's pretty close to gadsden which may be the place to eat & shop. I'll try to do some more research this week.

hi just a check in

i was just offering to help where every i was needed.

i'm happy living on Protein shakes

Please always remember and never forget, ladies. It AIN'T about the food!!! It's about getting together and renewing our friendship and it's about Michelle and I in the paddle boat paddling to God knows where and then having to call 911 or the Coast Guard and then .................but I digress.

Hey I have a question, I was just looking at my rental car thing at enterprise and I saw this---

MILEAGE IS UNLIMITED WHEN VEHICLE REMAINS IN THE RENTING STATE OR BORDERING STATES. VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THESE STATES. dotBlank.gifDoes that mean that I have to stop in Tennessee?? I hope I have a break tomorrow to call, but that does sound weird to me.

Boat Tours

That is a neat spot Judy, maybe we can do a boat tour one day?

Ooooo was lookin' at stuff in the area according to the house's website.. Boaz Outlet mall, says it's 20min away. That place is fantastic, I haven't been there since high school. For shopping, I highly recommend it.

Oh & I saw the review talked about fishing. My parents have fishing stuff cause we fish in their backyard, want me to bring it???

Jane - Yes, you better call about taking the car across state lines if it's against their policy. Maybe you just need special permission or pay some other fee or something. You might need to go with another company.

I tried calling Enterprise today to see about the car rental, they said they would call me back.............before noon.....................It is 3:30 now, will try Monday.

If you want to call before then, they should have an 800 number that's 24/7.
