6 Month Dr. Appt. NO FILL

Went to the Doc this afternoon and after seeing my weight loss thus far, he recomended no fill, which is fine with me. He said why mess with a good thing and I couldent agree more. He did say to monitor my weight closely and if I started to gain any come see him otherwise I'll go back in a month.;)
