From your posts I assume your a nurse or at least in the healthcare field. What do you think of what Obama wants to so to the system? My wife and everyone she works with are scared shitless at the thought of socalized medicine.

I made the 28 minutes. It was rough though. Ran less than 2 miles today.

I haven't ran since Tuesday and am trying to talk myself out of it this morning, I'll go today though. Little Leuage and T-Ball started last week do I can kiss the next 7 weeks goodby. This year the kids are on two seperate teams so every night Monday thru Thursday is tied up. I guess this is my schedule for the forseeable future. We will see if I lose or gain weight on this schedule. MacMadem I coulden't bare the thought of running without my nike plus so when my reciever stoped working I bought another kit. I still need to send the broken one in for replacement.

They have cut most of our overtime and I work a 4 day week so at this point I have more time than money. I'll spend every forseable Friday at my land digging a pond, Building a house pad and shreding. So the purchase was reasonably justified. And hell if the economy really goes south mabey I can trade tractor work for whiskey, smokes and ammo.

I've had an intresting week, I had a fill last week and my eating is down to about 1,200 calories a day with plenty of protien to support my weight regiment. My workouts consist of a 5k run walk (2 miles stright of running). 3 times a week and heavy weight training 3 days a week the 7th day is 30-45 minutes of light cardio. Problem is I've gained 1 pound:scared2:. The measurements are all heading the right way but I'm considering bumping the calories up to see what happens. I know this is probably muscle gain and many studies say that you gain muscle faster than loose fat but the gain has me a little feaked out. RANT OVER thanks for reading.

I did week 7 day 2 today and my feet hurt bad at about the 15 min mark then the pain just went away. According to the ipod I ran the whole thing at a 13 min/mile pace which is 1.5 minutes faster than my normal pace. I started listening to my own music choices and I believe thats the reason for the speed increase and possibly the foot pain.

Have you never been outside of a city? Go inside and wait for the cops? I don't freakin think so. Typical victim mentality I'd expect from a liberal. Don't get me wrong where I'm at, I'm the minority and several of my friends are hispanic and yes some of there parents or grandparents were illegal.
