They love rings should have a pretty strong vibration...if you don't want to use something either pleasure yourself or have your lover do it while you're having sex...try different positions...sometimes it's easier for me to orgasm in certain positions. Relax and remember to breth. When you breath it allows your blood to flow better into your pubic area and stuff so that you can reach you boiling point quicker then you would if you hold your breath.
