That makes me so sad. Once you accept that being morbidly obese is a form of eating disorder, I think seeing someone that is that skinny makes me just as sad as seeing someone who weighs 500 pounds and can't leave home. Poor lady. I hope she found help.

She probably doesn't think she looks good,probably feels like she looks fat.I beleive from what i know that some people who are this thin are in denial about their looks and health.Yes it's sad...

That is truly horrific, and your right this lady is ill! She probably does think she looks like the gal in the background or she has been horribly, horribly ill for a really long time. Hopefully noone on this board will ever think that is healthy! Yikes!
