GNC, Walmart, Vitamin Shoppe/Cottage, Natural Grocers, and BariatricEating.com, does anyone have any other suggestion to add to this list?

Costco has a great protein drink with 30 gr of protein. It's tasty too. It's their store brand - Kirkland.

Sam's club has a giant bag (76 scoops) of myoplex powder for $30. 42g protein in 2 scoops. It's not great, but it's the most affordable i've found. Better blended with ice.

I like the GNC 100% whey Protein powder, I have tried chocolate, vanilla and banana cream, there are 20 grams of protein in one shake, you can mix it with either skim milk or Water, I do the skim milk and then each shake equals 29 grams of protein, they don't taste too bad, but after drinking them for 6 weeks, I am getting sick of them, but I still have one a day sometimes two, I am 6 week post op and still having a hard time eating enough food to equal enough protein I need in a day, I am scheduled for a fill on Friday, which I may post pone related to me not being able to eat much already, I don't want to start getting sick, any suggestions???

l use NUTRITIONGEEKS.COM quite a bit less than GNC for the same products..plus free shipping...they've done great by me...

hi i get mines from walgreens, shoprite,stop&shop,rite,ade look in the nutrition aisle in your supermarket. or ask your local pharmacy to order them for you.

they are very mainstream now....can find then practically everywhere.

I can find mine at HEB and Kroger...

I find amazon.com has a great selection and low prices.

I use the Atkins Advantage protein drinks from the grocery store, they are a thinner consistency than others I've tried which makes them easier to get down for me. They taste very much like chocolate milk in my opinion.
