  7. it happens to me i do not lose weight until i get a fill.sometimes 5-10.once i lost 12lbs in two weeks.it scared me so i went to the doctor an he said everything was normal.so it does happen.

  10. mine is just the opposite. i have had terrible acne for years, an been using proactiv for a while.since i lost weight my acne cleared up nicely.use to get my cycle everymonth on time. havent seen it in months.since surgery,an before surgery it use to skip maybe a month. but now i do not care to see it ever again. its alright with me.
  11. hi i started off on my stationary bike. 15 minutes each.then the nutritionist told me to do before surgery try 45-30 minutes.i lost 40lbs before surgery.you could shop around at a thrift shop.or a tag sale for one.sometimes kmart have them on sale.after a year later i am still riding.while riding i watch tv or do word fine.keeps me going.
  12. i stayed overnight an took a free cab home. courtesy of the hospital.it was not a problem for me.did not need help when i got home like i thought i did everything went ok.
  13. love steamed broccoli with the brown sauce. that was the first food that i got stuck on.it was so painful the chest pains. until i learned to put it in a blender an you talking about good soup.love some chinese food.
  14. did not have to do a pre-op diet but i was motivated from the start.just knowing i was going to have the surgery motivated me enough.i started off exercising on my stationary bike.everyday.for 15 minutes at a time.after the nutrition con,i did clear liquids (chicken broth.jello pudding sugar free 60 calories.sugar free drinks. protien water, special k.i know you can do it.i think its for shrinking liver, some people have large liver. my bmi was 57.i weight from the start 324lbs. then i lost 40lbs before surgery.you will see the results if not in pounds then in inches.you can do it.i will be rooting for you.
  15. doing my 6 months supervised consultations she told me i had to proved to the insurance company that i could lose some weight.at first i did not try, she told me they could deny me.then i took it very serious.that is so strange what they told you.bella luna the nurse told me i had to fill out a past history sheet she told me to put anything as long as i fill the sheet up.like a certain diet you tried.(like over the counter diets)jenny craig)i could not remember dates so i made them up.hope things work out for everyone.
