I have found a Protein shake that I like and thought I would share. It is the EAS CarbVantage Protein Shake. Low carb, low sugar and 17g of protein. They come in a 4 pack and I haven't paid over $5 for them. There are 4 flavors, chocolate Fudge, strawberry, vanilla and Caramel Cafe. The Strawberry and Chocolate are my favs.

Yep! I love these as well. I had surgery 2 months ago and I still have them.! Great price and taste! Walmart!

those are the ones that i first started out with they are good.just so happen i just bought me a pack today.the french vanilla.

I too love these. I get mine at wal-mart..fairly inexpensive compared to the other brands. I can only get chocolate fudge and vanilla. would like to find the strawberry..where do you get them?

Casrmel would probably be good as well!!

I just found a dark chocolate fudge in addition to the regular chocolate too. It has a few more carbs, but still reasonable.

I found a protien shake at the Vitamin Shoppe. It's ISOPURE Creamy Vanilla.....It taste just like a vanilla milkshake.:smile: In 2 scoops there is 210 calories:smile2: and 50grams of protein. I have found them at Walmart and at Publix. Publix has the best selection where I am. Walmart only had the chocolate fudge and the vanilla.
